Beyoncé reunites with two former members of Destiny’s Child following years of bitterness

Beyoncé’s relationship with LaToya and LaTavia, the two former members of Destiny’s Child, was extremely tense for a very long time. It appears that the young women had made up after years of animosity. A brand-new Beyoncé movie teaser shows the former members of the group giving the pop sensation hugs while she’s on a global tour.

Involved in a protracted battle

Beyoncé was the lead vocalist for Destiny’s Child before she rose to fame as the well-known celebrity that she is today. The group consisted of Farah Franklin, Kelly Rowland, LaToya Luckett, LaTavia Roberson, and Beyoncé in the early 1990s. Although the latter left Destiny’s Child amicably, LaToya and LaTavia parted ways with the group in 1999. It was because they were paid less than Kelly Rowland and Beyoncé.

The two former Destiny’s Children would sue Beyoncé and her father, who was the band’s manager at the time, for a very long time. The two parties used the media to criticise one another for a very long time. The group’s 2001 song “Survivor” served as the resolution to this issue.

Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams comprised the new Destiny’s Child lineup, which continued to be well-liked until the group broke up in 2006.
