Paul Pogba Linked with Saudi Arabian Move as Players Continue to Embrace the Middle East

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, joining a growing list of players making their way to the country.

After a tough season in Italy, Karim Benzema recently left Real Madrid to sign a three-year deal with Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad. N’Golo Kante is also on the verge of joining him there. The move made by Cristiano Ronaldo earlier this year to Al-Nassr has opened the doors for other players to consider following suit. With a desire to add more European talent, Saudi officials have set their sights on Pogba as their next potential signing.

Despite enduring an injury-ridden campaign in Serie A, Pogba has expressed his intention to stay at Juventus. However, the Italian club is considering a potential rebuild during the summer transfer window. Juventus failed to secure qualification for the Champions League and Europa League, and as a result, they will participate in the Europa Conference League qualifying rounds. This situation could potentially lead to Pogba’s departure from the club.

For Juventus, the opportunity to offload Pogba to the Saudi Pro League may prove tempting, while such a transfer would be another significant acquisition for the league.
