Rick Ross just purchased Meek Mill’s Atlanta mansion for $4.2M

Rick Ross, a member of Maybach Music and a billionaire in the real estate industry, made a substantial purchase by acquiring Meek Mill’s Atlanta mansion, which had been on the market for two years, at an impressive price of $4.2 million. This Georgia property boasts its own tennis court, a movie theater, a sauna, and a swimming pool.

Interestingly, Meek Mill himself was unaware that the Teflon Don had become the new owner of his former residence. In an attempt to expedite the sale, the “Dreams & Nightmares” rapper had posted a video of the house on his Instagram story in March, explaining that he had owned it for only a few years and had never actually lived in it. It’s possible that he was following Rick Ross’s lead and simply wanted a property to visit regularly.

Naturally, the Buckhead Estate with eight-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate includes a plethora of facilities. Besides, the tennis court, movie theatre, a sauna a pool , a Jacuzzi, a playground, and twin garages are also available. Ross’s ATL broker, Alisha Gillooly, informed TMZ that she’s “been working to make an impact in the luxury market, and this did just that.”

It is interesting to mention here that this isn’t the first time Ross has purchased a house with celebrity ties. The rapper paid $3.5 million in cash for Amar’e Stoudemire’s gated mansion in Florida, breaking the record for the quickest-closing deal in Southwest Ranches. He also notably purchased boxer Evander Holyfield’s 109-room mansion in Georgia, renaming it “the Promise Land.”

The lavish estate in Fayetteville covers an extensive 235 acres and boasts an impressive 45,000 square feet of living space. Within the property, you’ll find 12 opulent bedrooms, along with a staggering 21 bathrooms. Among its standout features are a 135-person movie theater and a fully equipped recording studio. The estate’s grounds are equally impressive, featuring a massive 350,000-gallon swimming pool and even a herd of buffalo. The grandeur of this residence is so notable that it was prominently featured in Eddie Murphy’s film, “Coming 2 America.” It’s clear that Da Boss, Rick Ross, has a taste for nothing less than the absolute finest.
