Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Mind-Blowing Real Estate Game: Why They’re Holding onto their $88M Bel-Air Mansion After Dropping $200M on California’s Most Luxurious Malibu Estate!

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are keeping their $100 million Bel-Air mansion despite their recent $200 million purchase of a lavish Malibu estate, according to sources close to the couple.

The Malibu property will serve as a weekend retreat for now, while the Bel-Air home remains their primary residence due to its proximity to their children’s schools and friends.

Although Jay-Z has expressed a desire to eventually move the family to the Malibu estate permanently, it is unclear whether they plan to sell the Bel-Air property.

The couple made headlines with their record-breaking purchase of the 30,000-square-foot mansion, located on 8 acres in the prestigious Paradise Cove area.

The previous owner, William Bell, known for his extensive art collection valued at $1 billion, will not be leaving his artworks behind, but one might speculate if Jay-Z and Beyoncé managed to negotiate any artistic additions during the deal.
