Jay-Z and Beyoncé are keeping their $100 million Bel-Air mansion despite their recent $200 million purchase of a lavish Malibu estate, according to sources close to the couple.
The Malibu property will serve as a weekend retreat for now, while the Bel-Air home remains their primary residence due to its proximity to their children’s schools and friends.
