The 57-year-old pop superstar showcased her sex appeal and daring dance moves by sensually approaching a backup dancer from behind, sliding her hands towards his crotch while he sat on a chair onstage.
This surprising moment was almost overshadowed by Lil Kim’s Michael Jackson tribute on the same stage just moments before. It was evident that the female rapper was a dedicated supporter of the Jackson family, as fan clips on Twitter showed her excitedly approaching Janet before the concert, expressing her admiration for the “Miss You Much” hitmaker.

This risqué move by Janet brought back memories of her infamous “wardrobe malfunction” with Justin Timberlake during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show. However, unlike facing backlash and being “canceled” as some celebrities have experienced, Janet’s fans embraced her tour dance moves and enthusiastically cheered her on.
In addition to her devoted fans and Lil Kim, Janet received love and recognition from Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise. The 60-year-old Top Gun: Maverick icon took a backstage photo with the music legend in Charlotte, North Carolina, before her May 12 show. Janet shared the photo on her Instagram, expressing her joy at spending time together with Tom.
Interestingly, just two days prior, Janet also took a photo with Tom’s ex-wife Katie Holmes. The Dawson’s Creek alum, who shares a daughter with Tom, attended and enjoyed Janet’s show at Madison Square Garden.
Janet’s highly anticipated Together Again Tour kicked off on April 14, 2023, in Hollywood, Florida. Ludacris will join her for all 38 tour dates, which include stops in Toronto, Atlantic City, Dallas, and more, concluding in Seattle on June 21.
