The famous celebrity duo has decided to part ways with their stunning Villa Oleandra, situated on the picturesque shores of Lake Como, and are offering it for sale at a price of 100 million euros. The George Clooney and his wife attribute their decision to the constant presence of paparazzi.

George and Amal Clooney bid farewell to their beloved villa on the enchanting Lake Como. They have listed the property for sale at a hefty price tag of 100 million euros. Remarkably, the American superstar acquired this estate back in 2002 for a mere $10 million.

Constructed during the 18th century, Villa Oleandra boasts an impressive array of amenities, including twenty-five bedrooms, a swimming pool, an expansive garage, a fully-equipped gym, a tennis court, and even a dedicated “pizza room.”

Hollywood celebrities have a penchant for enjoying the serene ambiance of Lake Como, with Donatella Versace being one of the notable homeowners in Lombardy. Rumor has it that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may have conceived their first child, Archie, during their stay at the Clooney villa.

As reported by “Page Six,” the sale of the villa is attributed to the relentless intrusion of paparazzi. Allegedly, some photographers went to great lengths, including scaling the mansion’s walls, to capture images of the family and their esteemed guests.

Amal and George were recently photographed in Venice, where the Lebanese-British lawyer received an award at the Diane Von Furstenberg Awards. Married for nine years, the lovebirds welcomed Ella and Alexander in 2017. Raised between the USA, England and Italy, the twins are already said to be trilingual.
