Internet Users Find Resemblance Between Beyonce and Jay-Z’s $200 Million California Estate and an ‘Amazon Warehouse’

Beyonce and Jay-Z’s latest acquisition is a colossal Malibu estate spanning over 40,000 square feet, which they purchased from an artist known to have devoted 15 years to crafting the mansion’s interiors. Their new property in Malibu, California, boasts a staggering price tag of $200 million. Interestingly, the online community is somewhat puzzled, as aerial images give the impression of a massive ‘warehouse’ rather than a traditional home.

The mansion was formerly owned by art enthusiast William Bell, who originally acquired it in 2003 for $14.5 million and then undertook an extensive 15-year transformation of its interior. Although the article doesn’t provide interior photos of the property, it does offer a comprehensive aerial view. Remarkably, Beyonce and Jay-Z’s purchase stands out as the most significant in California’s real estate history, even though the initial listing price was $295 million.

In response to Beyonce Press’s tweet, which unveiled the mansion’s appearance, social media users couldn’t help but draw humorous comparisons to its warehouse-like appearance. Some suggested the possibility of an underground bunker, while others quipped about the grand purchase. The mansion was likened to various structures, such as an airport, a Minecraft creation, a GTA house, or even a Walmart distribution center. One succinctly summed up the sentiment by stating, “This is a prime example of ‘just because you can, it doesn’t mean you should.”

Meanwhile, Beyonce is preparing for the release of her concert documentary, “Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé,” set to hit theaters on December 1.
